On our drive back from Tideswell and Haddon Hall, we stopped around Baslow and Curbar edges to do a bit of hiking. Though this trail looked simple enough, we decided to venture out a little and hike up the side of the hill in the picture below 🙂 Around this general area is a grindstone cliff than runs along the Hope Valley – I think it’s the Hope Valley. On the rocky ‘edge’ one can collect lovely views similar to those seen in the 2005 movie of Pride and Prejudice starring Keira Knightly.
