This is the Manor Farmhouse B & B. If you ever visit the Peak District in England, THIS is where you want to stay. My husband and I spent 6 nights and 7 days here under the wonderful care of Simon & Gilly Groom. It was absolutely fantastic. Nestled in the Derbyshire countryside near the town of Matlock and the small hamlet of Lea, this lovely, 12th century farmhouse boasts spectacular views, delicious breakfasts, and a mysterious history to satisfy any creative mind. When I return to the Peak District, I’ll definitely call Gilly up for another stay!!
