Blue Ridge Ramblings: The French Harp

by | Jan 12, 2015 | Fiction Book Reviews | 0 comments

Have you ever heard of it before? It’s most popularly known as the harmonica, but in the Blue Ridge and Appalachia it was referred to as The Juice Harp, The Mouth Harp, or sometimes just the Harp. Though widely known in Jazz music, I remember it being played in my native Bluegrass music.

What about you? Have you heard or even played a Juice Harp before?
