More lovely views of the Garden

These two pictures are from the side garden of the Manor Farmhouse B&B in Derbyshire, UK. I felt like I had stepped back in time every morning when I’d walk from the farmhouse out into the surrounding gardens. Not only were all the flowers in bloom, but the entire atmosphere breathed peace, beauty, and creativity.

In one of the pictures you might notice a small bench underneath a large tree. I spent many moments in the afternoons sitting on the bench, looking out over the countryside, and sifting through a myriad of possible novel ideas. As Anne of Green Gables would say, “There was plenty of scope for the imagination.”
