My two cents worth:
I’ve been reading this book outloud to my kids. My eight year old read a few of Churck Black’s Kingdom’s Edge books and really enjoyed them. They were filled with the Gospel. Sir Kendrick holds the same depth of spiritual insight, but is at a little more difficult reading level than the first series. My eight year old got lost in some of the language on this book, but enjoyed having it read aloud. Another great kids’ story by Chuck Black.
