Goodbye to Haddon Hall

On the way out of Haddon Hall, we walked out the doors, passed by the gate tower, crossed the River Wye, turned back for one last shot, and passed through the open gate of the gatehouse. I can't wait to see it again someday!

Doors of Haddon

Here are a few of the doors of Haddon which lead out to the gardens. There were plenty of obscure doors both inside and outside of the house, but the ones outside were harder to see because of the wealth of vines and greenery.

Roses near the chapel

Here is a view of the chapel from outside. Most of the house has roses or clematis climbing the walls that just adds to the natural beauty of the house. I've decided if I ever have a 800 year old country home, I'm planting roses and clematis on the walls 🙂
