Oh boy! Oh boy! I have two audible copies to give away of my debut novel, The Thorn Bearer!! And guys, the narrator for the book is ENGLISH! Her accent and voice are so nice as you are swept away aboard the ill-fate Lusitania to the Derbyshire, England countryside.
You can hear Rachael’s lovely voice in this sample:

Good luck, Lisa. I’m assuming the ‘trusthim…” is your email?
I love audio books. They make it so much easier to do housework and keep up reading at the same time.
Thank you for sharing this giveaway. I visited your Facebook page. I haven’t read your book yet but when I do I will post a review.

Phonetic Panda, WHAT is the story behind your email address?
I’m a speech-language pathologist by day and phonetics is a part of my life 🙂
I went back to school at 40. My final semester I was told I had cancer. So I met with my advisor and told her to just show me what degree I can get since I wouldn’t have my teaching credentials. I had enough credits for a major in English and minors in History and Psychology. And the cancer diagnosis turned out to be false. I was told 2 weeks after being given the diagnosis. Since I have an English degree and used to teach first graders I fell in love with my nickname from class, phoneticpanda.
I really loved the audio sample on Amazon that is up! Even if I do not win I wish to own this book someday. I have yet to read it, but your event on goodreads brought me here and it seems like a really amazing book!
Thank you for writing!

Your email address is so cute! Didn’t the narrator sound great? Good luck!
Woohoo! My email is cclark207(at)gmail(dot)com. And, I’ve liked your author Facebook page! Thank you!
Thanks, Courtney! And good luck.
Hi Pepper,
It seems like I ‘consume’ more books via audio rather than hard copy, and with a good narrator they really come alive. So I hope I’m lucky enough to win.
Peace,
James
